Before your first invoice.
Is DealerSlip free?
Yes. You can create invoices and download your document pack for free. You can use the tool as a guest or sign in with Google to save invoices to your account.
Do I need to sign up first?
No. Open the tool and start with your vehicle. Guest drafts are stored in the current browser, so they will not follow you to another device. Use a Google account if you want an account workspace. Signing in opens a separate workspace; your existing guest draft is not copied automatically. Download anything you want to keep before switching.
Will two people get the same invoice number?
They can while working as guests. Guest numbering runs separately in each browser, so two colleagues on two devices both start at DS-0001. Give each person a different prefix in Invoice details, or sign in with Google so the dealership shares one workspace and one sequence.
Can I add my dealership logo?
Yes. Open Dealership in the tool to add your business name, contact details and logo. Review them on your document before you download.
Does it create a part-exchange document too?
Yes. Enable part exchange in the Price step and enter the incoming vehicle and allowance. The purchase invoice becomes available alongside the sales invoice. A payment receipt is available when you add a payment.
Is this for private car sales?
DealerSlip is designed around motor-dealer workflows, including dealership details and part exchanges. A dedicated private-seller version is not available yet.
